Ok so I've been using blogger in draft for a while instead of the regular blogger, and I like it a lot but I can't figure out how to upload picture while using it :( So I constantly have to be switching back and forth, which isn't the issue. The issue is when I upload pictures using regular blogger the picture goes out of the outline and sometimes gets cut of. When I first started using draft it let me upload pictures normal but now I'm experiencing issues. Any advice is welcome (and needed)

Thank you ^_^

Flat Spiral Stitch
I really adore this "stitch" (even though each bracelet takes over two hours to make) it's called the "flat spiral stitch" hence the title ;) I've made quite a few of these and everyone seems to really like them ^_^ (to see more click here) I hope you like them too ^_^
Enjoy ^_^

Cute Bead
I found this bead in a box of random mixed beads. (I hardly ever find anything good in them) I found this beads and I thought it was really cute ^_^ I think that's suppose to be a flower on it. It's always hard to figure out what to do with just one bead so I decided to just make it into a pendant. Very cute ^_^
Hope you like it ^_^

Turquoise Cluster
I've been wanting to try making a necklace with a "cluster" design in it. So I gave it a shot :) The necklace I made doesn't have very big clusters. (that's because I ran out of beads:) It's very tedious to wire wrap every single drop, but I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be working to perfect this technique in the future.

Jewelry School
Have you ever took a beading class? I've been considering it for awhile now, but I'm just not 100% sure I really want to do it. I've been researching it for awhile and I've found a jewelry store near to where I live that has a wide variety of classes that look pretty interesting. The whole reason I want to take classes isn't because I want to learn stringing techniques it's because I want to learn more about working with seed beads. I love all the work people can do with them. I know it takes a lot of patients and hard work, but I feel like it would be easier if I had someone to teach me face to face. I tend to be a fast learner, but I just don't think I could learn something this complex out of a book. I would love to have your thoughts and experiences :) Thanks in advance!

Cheap, Fun, and Easy ;)
I really love making these bracelets, and their on stretchy string so it's really simple. All you do need to know how to do is tubular peyote but it's really easy to learn with stretchy string and pony beads!
Materials Needed:
Scissors
Tie the two strings together. I use an over hand knot, but that's just my preference you can tie it however you prefer. |
since my string is coming out of a cream bead you add a cream bead and go through a pink bead |
Then continue around the bracelet |
String on another bead (make sure the bead you string on is the same color as the bead your string is coming out of) |
then put the sting through the next bead and pull tight |
In order to "step up" to the next level you must string your cord through the two top beads of the row your working on (you can't tell in the picture but I do have a blue bead on my string also) |
Almost Done :) Now put your string up through your work to make a loop |
then put your string through that loop to make another loop DO NOT pull |
Then put it through that loop and pull tight |
This is what it should look like when you're done :) |
I hope this was easy for you to understand. If you have any questions please leave them in the comments
and I will try to respond as soon as possible. Thanks and please Enjoy the rest of my blog :)

Can you be too crafty?
I really think I take on to many crafts lol. I just get bored way to easily to only have one or two projects to work on :) Ok here's a few things I've "tried" crocheting, sewing, scrap booking, painting, and I've even tried making polymer clay beads :) But the crafts that have stuck with me are of course jewelry making, drawing, and I weave lanyards. I'll post a picture of the lanyards because I don't think many people actually know exactly what I'm talking about when I say I make lanyards (their really just key chains;)
Sorry about the quality of the picture. It wasn't planed out very well :)

Simple yet sparkly
I feel like it's been forever since my last post and that's just unacceptable ;) So here I am beading for all of you :) I'm really running low on supplies so pretty soon I think I'm going to be bead shopping. I love getting new things to play with. Recently the only beads I've had have been from my local wal-mart because sadly I have no bead store in my town or even within an hours drive from my home so needless to say to do most of my bead buying online :) Okay so on to the necklace :) It's rather plain but still pretty I think. It's shell, swarovski, and seed beads. I always feel the need to throw in a few crystals lol.
I use this toggle on most of my piece but I never show it so I thought I might as well give it a spot in this post :)

Three Strand Goodness
I made this a while back but I'm in desperate need of things to post :) I love making multi strand jewelry! It just adds so much to the piece. As you can see it really adds a lot to seed beads too :) So if you ever have seed beads you don't know what to do with here's an idea. I really like the colors in this necklace it's very feminine.
I found these connectors at Wal-Mart. They actually have quite a nice selection of beads and components there.
