Bead Batch #3

I'm so excited! My beads are getting so round, and the ends are turning in like their suppose to and everything! ^_^ Right now I'm just concentrating on uniform beads. After I get that down I'll work on dots, and decorations ^_^ Hope you like them.

Uncommon Beads

My beads from Uncommon beads (on etsy) came today. I received Raspberry Jade, and Magenta Impression Aqua Terra Jasper. They are both really pretty. One thing to note is the raspberry jade is a little darker than the pictures she has posted.

Over all I'm very satisfied with my etsy purchases ^_^ Both had very fast shipping, and both were packaged really well, and they have quality products. I will be ordering from both of them again. Do you order beads off etsy if so tell me your favorite seller. ^_^

Gemstones and Glass

 It doesn't get much better than gemstones and glass. I really love this necklace. The pictures just do not do it justice. The lampwork focal bead is by Nell Stanley go check out her etsy shop she has lots of beautiful beads still available ;). I love really how well the colors work together in this necklace.

My first etsy purchase

Today my first etsy purchase came in the mail! I ordered from Beaders Boutique. I love my beads I got. They had very fast shipping, and very nice customer service also. Take a look at the goodies I got ^_^

mmmmmmm Yummy right? The big stones are Moukaite Jasper. The next strand is Oregon picture jasper. And the last strand is Tigers Eye. I've already used the moukaite (I'll post pictures of what I made in the next post) I also made another order with another shop on etsy the same day, but I haven't received it yet it has been shipped so I should be getting it very soon. So keep your eyes pealed for that. I'm trying really hard to expand my bead stash, but everytime I get things I use them up lol. So I have a "plan" everytime I get new beads I'm going to put a portion of them away so I can't use them, and eventually I'll have a ton of great beads ^_^ maybe even as many as this lady lol. One can always dream lol.

Big and Bold

This Has to be one of the most complex necklaces I've made so far. I'm sorry about the lighting these pictures were  taken a few minutes ago, and were I live it's night time, but I just couldn't wait until the morning to share this necklace with you all. The lampwork beads are all made by Nell Stanley go take a look at her etsy store she has a lot of beautiful beads still available. The beads I used in this necklace are these.

I promise it's not as huge as it appears lol. Maybe tomorrow I will get better pictures maybe even some taken outside lol. Hope you like it :)

Loops

This is so pretty with the sun hitting it :) It's so shiny. One thing you should know about be is I love shiny things lol. Another thing is I love seed beads, but I hate taking the time to string them all on  lol. Red is a really hard color for me to work with, but I love how it looks with this necklace.

Random Necklace

I don't really understand this necklace lol it's a bit odd to say the least. I must like this color combo lol I seem to use it a lot.

 This necklace was made a while back, but I decided to post it anyways. I really like the huge shell pendant. Do you? The lampwork beads are from artbeads.com. Hope you like it.

Long Time No Post

I'm so sorry guys I've been so busy lately it's ridiculous lol. I just started back in school, and it seems like it's taking over my life lol. Well enough excuses let's get to the good stuff. :)

Tell me what you think about asymmetrical designs. I like them, but I know a lot of people don't. I gave this necklace to my grandma (My model) shortly after this photo shoot lol I think she deserves a gift for being an awesome model lol. :) Oh, and side note what do you think about the apple Ipad? Do you have one? Would you get one? Are they as good as their suppose to be? I have an ipod touch right now, but I think it's on it's last leg lol. I've had it for about 4 and 1/2 years which is a very long time for an ipod lol the tend to die young. Ok well tell me what you think talk to you soon (I hope :-p)
