My first lampwork class
Today I went to my first lampwork class! It was so much fun! I got to pull stringer and make a bead. I'll post a picture of the bead next week once it comes out of the kiln and is cleaned and everything. It really wasn't like I expected I didn't realize how rigid glass is even in the molten state. But once I got the hang of it, it was really fun. It's soooooo cool to think I make the jewelry, and I made the beads! I hope to get started making beads as soon as possible. (I'm so impatient lol) Thank you so much Nell I really had a ball ^_^ Your a great teacher.

You're a lucky duck! There aren't any lampworking classes/studios near me. I've always wanted to try it!

I know I really am lol. I didn't think there were any classes near me either, but I finally found the only person in my area that actually makes them. ^_^ I was so excited lol I'd been looking for classes for over a year before I finally found someone!
