My First Hollow Bead
I made my first hollow bead! A hollow bead is were you make two disks side by side, and as you build them up they fold in onto each other making a hollow bead. The color glass I used changes in different lighting how cool is that!? I think it's Moretti dark transparent lavender.
I really like it when it's purple! :) I might stuff it with seed beads, and make it into a pendant :)

Cool! I haven't made a bead in ages, it seems, ever since we've had contractors at the house and it was so boiling hot over the summer. After this big show this coming weekend, I hope to get my new torch set up and HOPE that it is NOT the oxycon that's making things wonky, and get back to experimenting!
